about me

At 29, I had a life that looked great on paper—I was a qualified Organisational Psychologist, had just wrapped a brief stint in corporate consulting at PwC and had just joined an exciting new charity, The Man Cave. Beyond that, I was chasing adventure around the world. I’d completed an Ironman, trekked to Everest Base Camp, and even spent 10 days in silent meditation.

But despite all of it, something felt off.

At a friend’s retreat in Byron Bay, I finally slowed down. Sitting on the couch, exhausted from years of striving, I realized I couldn’t keep chasing an idea of success that wasn’t truly mine.

That moment changed everything.

I chose to stop performing and start living with real alignment. I questioned old beliefs, let go of expectations, and sought a more honest, fulfilling path.

Now, I help others do the same—supporting individuals and teams to live and lead with purpose, presence, and authenticity. It’s been a deeply humbling path but I’m very grateful for where it’s led me.

This website is here to share the journey with you - I hope you enjoy and get some value from what I have to share too. Matt
